Importing goods and personal possessions:
If you are an EU/EEA citizen you can import your personal possessions (except for certain goods, e.g. tobacco, alcohol, etc.) in Bulgaria duty-free without having to follow any customs or other permit procedures.

Importing your car:- If you are an EU/EEA citizen you can import your car in Bulgaria duty-free without having to follow any import custom procedures or other registration processes.
