TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE
At shipping time, merchant automatically enters into an agreement with the shipping Lines /Carrier. The Merchant / owner of shipment agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Payment will be due 7 days after the vessel has sailed. Interest may be charged at £15 per day for any late payments.
We organise UK Custom Clearance, Booking & Reservation of Vessel space, and safe keeping of vehicle & its documentation until boarding.
Goods are only shipped port to port and we do not arrange on-carriage unless specifically requested in writing/Email. On-carriage will be subject to additional charges agreed at the time of booking the shipment. All our costs excludes destination customs clearance and port charges payable at destination.
We will send all documentation approximately one week after Vessel's actual departure These documents are forwarded to the consignee by Royal mail special delivery unless they are not in the UK,in which case a Telex release will be arranged.
Unfortunately, We cannot be held liable for delays caused due to factors out of our control e.g vessel changes,weather,customs clearance delays etc. All delivery dates are estimates and are by no way legally binding.
Cargo is uninsured unless the consignee specifically requests a quotation in Writing.
